MLECNI SLADOLED

4 zumanca kremasto umutiti sa 100 gr secera.Umutiti 250 ml mleka sa 125 gr slaga i pola stapica vanile.Zatim izvaditi vanilu i pomesati sa zumancima.Uz stalno mesanje zagrejati masu na tihoj vatri dok se ne zgusne i dok se ne prave talasi.Voditi racuna da masa ne provri.Ostaviti da se ohladi pa zamrznuti i svakih pola sata promesati mikserom da ne ostanu komadici leda.
